  • Comment: After waiting for so long for "the real Mayo Clinic" diet, even ordered the book before it was released, I was very disappointed by its rudimentary same simplistic approach to dieting. Also it lacks sample menus and its so simple on so many levels. Mayo Clinic played it safe and wrote an approach of healthy eating, and you would have to have come from a different planet not to know! I will donate mine to the Port Austin library! They need books!
