  • Summary: Great book linking cycling skills to weight training
  • Comment: Easy to understand, this book provides a clear explanation of the muscles used in cycling and how (and why) you should train them. As the book states (and other reviews note) it doesn't provide a work out - you have to decide which exercises make sense for you based on gym resources available and the areas you want to work on. I carry it with me on every trip to the gym.
